Export a page to an EML file for importing to email clients
To create a page that can be exported to an EML file for an email client, the usual approach for placing elements on a page does not work as email clients like Google webmail is itself a website.
First create a new page and do not use a template for this page.
Insert a table on the page by clicking on this button and create a table of 6 columns and 10 rows. If this is not enough, more columns and rows can be added later by clicking on these buttons on the toolbar.
Double-click on the newly created table and open it in the Table Element Editor.
You can then insert text and image to the table cells. Use this button in the editor to insert image.
Sometimes you may need a bigger cell which spans several columns like the title "ABC Newsletter". You can do this by selecting cells to be combined and click on this button on the toolbar.
You can check out a finished sample by creating a new website from the template "Export to EML". A partial screen capture is shown below.
