Enter the name of the form. It must be unique within this page. So if this page has two forms, their names must be different.

Choose the submit method of this form.

Form Encoding

This specifies the content type used to submit the form to the server when the value of method is "post". The default value is "application/x-www-form-urlencoded". The value "multipart/form-data" should be used if the form contains File Upload Field.
