Enter the directory that you want to look into. For example, you only want to show the directories under "public_html". Then enter "public_html" there. If you want to show all the directories after login the server, leave it blank.
Enter the level of sub-directories to search into. For example, if the remote directory is "public_html" and the level is 1. Only the immediate directories under "public_html" will be shown.
